Cancellation Policy
At Honey House Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
**Cancellation and Rescheduling**
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.
**Late Cancellations and No-Shows**
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% of the scheduled service fee. Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
**How to Cancel or Reschedule**
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out through text or use the gloss genius app.
**Emergencies**
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
